This stay was great! The host’s were accommodating with our early check in request and were available by phone with any problems we had!
We arrived to find that the dock for this rental was sitting in dirt.While the house was nice and clean,the lack of communication regarding the lake/dock was a huge issue for us.We asked the hosts when we booked to confirm that there was a private dock and even let them know we had jet skis we would need to dock and there was still zero communication about the state of the dock.We immediately messaged the hosts to ask if there was an alternative property as this would not work for us at all.When they finally got back to us, we spoke on the phone with John,who very clearly told us that we could leave and would receive a full refund and offered to allow us to stay for the night since it was so late.We found another place to stay and left the next morning, only to then receive an email from someone named Rylee with a balance of over $500 for the one night which was 25% of the amount we paid for 7 days.Communication was poor with unanswered calls and texts.Never spoke to Zach or Amy
Our stay was wonderful. Very nice cabin with awesome deck to enjoy our morning coffee with plenty of privacy from neighbors. The lake was down during our stay so we couldn’t use the dock. However, we still enjoyed our few days away from home.
