This property was beautifully decorated and in a great location. VERY spacious accommodations. Hosts were super responsive! However, it was very worn and missing several necessary amenities. For example, make-up all over bathroom walls, scuffs all over most walls, dirt in bathrooms, broken toilet seat in one bath, broken couch, no large frying pan or baking sheets in kitchen, (as well as other basic kitchen necessities missing), missing barstools (only 2 not 4 based on listing photos) and limited cleaning supplies. Door locks on some doors not working properly.
Entire place was super clean. Nice towels and sheets. Great kitchen. Two of the bathrooms could use a little updating but they were all squeaky clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio is awesome. AWESOME. <br/>Great little coffee shop just a 5 minute walk away. We were there for a specific get together in the Gulch so walking there was 20 minute walk. But if you were ok walking Broadway and the live music are a good 40 min walk. (Some of the areas to get to Broadway were a little dicey so I would uber if walking at night. ). We felt safe in and around the area where the house was at all times.<br/>One note — you must like stairs. This isn’t a complaint (because the description clearly calls out the different floors) — it’s just a warning to be mentally prepared. <br/>Finally, I had several questions before the stay and Amy was super responsive and helpful. <br/>Will definitely be a first choice to stay in if we come back to Nashville!
