Great little coffee shop just a 5 minute walk away. We were there for a specific get together in the Gulch so walking there was 20 minute walk. But if you were ok walking Broadway and the live music are a good 40 min walk. (Some of the areas to get to Broadway were a little dicey so I would uber if walking at night. ). We felt safe in and around the area where the house was at all times.
One note — you must like stairs. This isn’t a complaint (because the description clearly calls out the different floors) — it’s just a warning to be mentally prepared.
