This condo was the perfect place for my family and me! It was perfectly located within walking distance to Rainey Street. Amazing restaurants so close to the condo! The view was extraordinary and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck with the amazing view. The pool on the rooftop was amazing!! <br/>The condo was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!!

Austin is not inexpensive, we are aware of that. This place was no exception. $1200 for three nights, Friday to Monday. <br/>This apartment was very nice, and had a great view of ladybird lake. All of Rainey street and downtown was very walkable. <br/>There were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues. We reported at the end of our stay, but they did not have a serious impact on our stay. <br/>Overall I would give a 7.5 out of 10. Host is very responsive and a nice place all things considered.
